On Saturday, between 8.30pm and 11.30pm, the Mriehel by-pass, Marsa-Hamrun bypass and Regional Road, from St Philip’s Hospital to Marsa bypass, including the Santa Venera tunnels, will be closed to traffic because of the fireworks display in connection with the Santa Venera feast, the police said.

Arterial roads including Triq Salvu Psaila, Santa Venera, Triq il-Kappillan Mifsud, Santa Venera, Triq il-Wied ta’ Birkirkara, Msida, Triq Misraħ il-Barrieri, Santa Venera, Triq San Ġużepp, Santa Venera, Triq l-Imdina, Mrieħel, Triq Aldo Moro, Marsa and Triq Diċembru Tlettax, Marsa will be open.
