Repair crews are working through the night in Brooklyn to fix a 20-inch water main that sent water more than 100 feet into the air.

The break occurred around 4pm Friday on Pennsylvania Avenue near the Spring Creek Towers complex in East New York.

Water was gushing for about two hours until sources say crews were able to stop the leak.

No residents lost water, but witnesses say everyone was astonished to see the water blasting out of the street.

Pennsylvania Avenue was closed to traffic between Flatlands Avenue and Vandalia Avenue.

No injuries were reported.
