Mepa chairman Vince Cassar this afternoon reprimanded Flimkien Ghall-Ambjent Ahjar coordinator Astrid Vella for sending emails related to environment issues on personal addresses.

Addressing Mrs Vella publicly at the end of this afternoon’s Mepa board session, Architect Cassar said that “it is not on” that emails related to decisions that Mepa is to take are sent on the personal addresses of Mepa’s board.

He said that all correspondence must be sent to official addresses, to which Mrs Vella said that she did send them there too.

She also said that she had the personal email addresses of some of the members because she had received emails from them.
