A migrant from Guinea was today jailed after he admitted to traveling to Malta using a fake passport.
21-year-old Zaac Bensoli arrived in Malta a month ago and managed to enter with the fake documentation, but when about to leave to Trapani this week, the check-in officials realised the documentation was counterfeit and he was arrested.
Following early admission, Magistrate Doreen Clarke handed down a seven-month sentence.
