A man was seriously injured on Saturday evening when a ceiling he was working on collapsed and he fell one storey, the police said this morning.
The 46-year-old, of Dingli, was working on construction site in his hometown at about 6.30pm when the accident happened.
He was taken to Mater Dei Hospital where he was found to have suffered grievous injuries.
