Bank of Valletta organised a celebration for a group of 191 employees who between them contributed over five thousand years of loyal service to the bank. The event was held at the Mellieha Holiday Complex.
Amongst the employees present, the largest group of 64 joined Bank of Valletta 30 years ago, others celebrated 20, 25 and 35 years in service whereas one employee celebrated forty years of continuous employment with the bank.
Bank of Valletta CEO, Charles Borg, thanked the group for their unfailing commitment and dedication over the years. "Our people have always represented our greatest asset. This is even more true for a service organisation like Bank of Valletta, whose reputation is intrinsically linked to the people who interact with clients and are the face of the bank."
