A Japanese graduate student allegedly cut off a man’s penis and flushed it down the toilet in revenge for him having an affair with his wife.

Ikki Kotsugai, 24, was arrested Thursday after he allegedly barged into his victim’s law office in Tokyo’s Minato Ward at around 7:40 a.m., punching the 42-year-old in the face several times, AFP reported.

Kodukai reportedly beat the unidentified man before removing his trousers and cutting off what police described as a “lower body part” that was later confirmed to be his genitals.

Kozukai later told police that he had flushed the gland down the toilet. He is thought to have mutilated the lawyer after finding out he had been sleeping with his wife.

Witnesses claimed that although he’d lost a lot of blood, his life was not in any danger.
