Bank of Valletta supports top performing students at Saint Martin’s Institute of Higher Education

Andre' Debono and Waqas Ali Shah are the top students who read for the Diploma in Entrepreneurship conferred by Saint Martin's Institute of Higher Education.. The awards, which were sponsored by Bank of Valletta, were presented by Alan Micallef Head Consumer Finance at Bank of Valletta and Charles Theuma, Principal of Saint Martin's Institute of Higher Education during the graduation ceremony hosted at Corinthia Palace, Attard.

"The bank supports numerous educational initiatives aimed at promoting excellence in various fields of study and research," said Alan Micallef. "This award acknowledges the hard work and commitment put in by students throughout their years of study. It is also intended to motivate them to nurture their business acumen," continued Mr Micallef.

"To qualify for this award, students need to achieve top grades in The Diploma in Entrepreneurship which is accredited by the National Commission for Further and Higher Education at level five," explained Charles Theuma. This qualification is a stepping stone to the BSc degree specialising in International Business, Marketing or Human Resources Management. Whilst congratulating the students for their achievement, he thanked Bank of Valletta for its support. "This award serves to encourage students to pursue their goals and proceed on their career path in the business or finance sector." he added.
