A man who was found face down in a pool on Friday afternoon was pronounced dead at Mater Dei Hospital, the police said today.
The 65-year-old of Mosta was given first aid assistance when he was found in the pool in St Paul’s Bay at about 3.45pm.
He was found to be in critical condition and died in hospital later, the police said.
