Banif team members Bridget Grech, Rosalie DeGaetano and Dennis Vella were presented with gifts from Robert Azzopardi, Business Development Manager at ISL (Information Systems Ltd), the Bank's e-learning platform provider, following the completion of their Skillsoft e-learning courses. The presentation, held at Banif's Central Services in Gzira, was aimed at celebrating the successful collaboration between Banif and ISL and the resulting enrichment of the Bank's knowledge pool.

Banif Bank's yearly training programme included a suite of e-learning courses tailored for each individual's role and developmental needs. These highly interactive learning experiences, ranging from soft skills such as time management and leadership to more specialised topics in the fields of IT and Finance, engaged employees by giving them a more flexible and hands-on approach as opposed to the usual seminars or classroom setting.
