It was a memorable weekend for The Palace, Sliema during this year's Malta Kulinarija Awards, organised last month by the Malta Chefs Society under the auspices of the World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). Under the helm of Executive Chef Joseph Xuereb, The Palace claimed six top awards, clinching one gold medal thanks to Maria Farrugia whereas Rose Dimafiles, Kurt Mallia, Raju Arjal, Christina Mifsud and Sylvianne Sammut won a silver medal each.

Mr Xuereb had nothing but praise for his winning team following this achievement, applauding the productiveness and passion show by the chefs at The Palace. 'I'm honoured to head this team as they always deliver a unique experience for all our customers, reinforcing the hotel's aim to offer excellence to our clientele," added Mr Xuereb.
