Over 30 participants from InterContinental Malta took part in the Vodafone Malta Marathon 2016 last weekend. The marathon now in its 31st edition including the half marathon and walkathon are organised in aid of ‘Inspire, The Foundation for Inclusion’.
The InterContinental Malta team raised €1,000 in support of the IHG® Foundation which works to aid the establishment of stronger, healthier, more prosperous communities around the world. They focus on helping communities develop hospitality skills, ensuring support for those impacted by disasters, facilitating local community investment and protecting the environment.
Mr. Martin van Kan, Area General Malta commented “I have to admit a significant measure of pride in all my team for their preparation and commitment toward this event, and for the dedication that they have show in supporting two such worthy causes”.
