This new outlet represents the third C&S Wine Café to be opened in Malta since the first was launched at the Cleland & Souchet flagship outlet in Portomaso in 2013. The second outlet was opened in the departure lounge of the Malta International Airport in 2014.

 The concept of the C&S Wine Café is that of a "chic café by day" and "stylish wine bar by night". The outlet offers a menu of light and healthy meals and classic hot dishes to their signature platters to share. While for drinks, the C&S Wine Café brand has made great emphasis on offering from an exceptional cup of coffee to the market leading selection of at least 20 wines by the glass.

The design of this C&S Wine Café has been entrusted to the firm Archi+ Studio and they have done an excellent job in creating a warm and cosy environment that oozes great style without making the place intimidating, in fact, it is exceptionally inviting and clients are soon made to feel truly welcome. The personal attention of the staff and their focus on their client's total satisfaction also goes a long way to create a great place to visit.

This latest C&S Wine Café at the Vivaldi Hotel, St Julian's is the result of a collaboration between Richard Cleland, Matthew Camilleri and Chris Calleja who are the directors of Trident Catering Ltd.

Coffee

The C&S Wine Café at The Vivaldi Hotel offers an exceptionally good cup of coffee thanks to their endless search for the best coffee beans and their trained baristas and their passion for doing the simple things really well.  The range of coffees available is vast and amazingly well priced.

Food

The café menu is made of freshly made light meals, salads and gourmet savouries, and you can also find a growing selection of hot meals and house specials which are truly delicious. From their signature Lebanese platter to a classic beef burger, their menu offers popular classics to unusual house specials.

Wine

With an exceptional offering of at least 20 wines by the glass at excellent value, clients are spoilt for choice and are encouraged to be more adventurous. From the sublime Montes Sauvignon Blanc to a full bodied Noto from Marabino, the world of wines has never been so much fun to discover and enjoy.
