JEEP Malta has just started placing the first orders for the newly launched Jeep Wrangler 2016 which comes both in two-door (short wheel base) and four door (long wheel base) versions.

"The Jeep Wrangler is the closest model to the brand's iconic history and this is one of the main factors that retains the Wrangler as one of the JEEP's best-selling vehicles," said Francesca Mamo, Managing Director of UCIM Co, JEEP's representatives in Malta.

"Jeep has managed to keep the Wrangler's authenticity whilst injecting this model with contemporary performance, styling and comfort that is sought after by today's customers. In Malta, the Wrangler has proven to be very popular mainly due to its distinct looks and its solid and no-nonesense robust performance on the road. We are now placing orders on the new 2016 model and interest is already very positive," added Francesca Mamo.

Though retaining most of its characteristics, the 2016 Wrangler is now more livable, thanks to vital changes made in the recent past. As a result, the new Wrangler is a more refined version showing off a dramatic transformation.

The Jeep Wrangler 2016 comes in two body styles: the two-door Jeep Wrangler and four-door Wrangler Unlimited. They offer a choice of soft or hard tops, or package that includes both-for those who want to switch back and forth, depending on the season. Though easily penetrated by road and wind noise, they can completely open the cabin, making the Wrangler a true convertible SUV.

The Jeep Wrangler lineup includes base SPORT, the fancier Unlimited SAHARA, and an off-road-focused RUBICON. Across the upper trims there's a wide range of choices in top configurations - on the Unlimited SAHARA AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION both in the 2 door or 4 door versions these include Leather upholstery, Body dual top (soft top + Body coloured Freedom top) Dark tinted Glass, Climate Control, Media centre 6CD/DVD/MP3//HDD Touchscreen plus Navigator, Light Alloy Wheels.  The Wrangler models are also available with a highly equipped entry level versions.
