The spectacular setting of Verdala Palace is the venue for The Malta Community Chest Fund's family day on the 15th May from 10:00am onwards. The event is supported by Citadel Insurance plc., who will have many members of staff volunteering on-site helping out with a raft of fun activities, games and challenges. Citadel Insurance are also supporting with a financial donation to The Malta Community Chest Fund to ensure that those most in need benefit directly from the event.

A representative from Citadel Insurance explained that entrance is free and the general public are encouraged to enjoy exploring the grounds of this magnificent palace. Attendees can participate in the plentiful activities, a day full of games and tours around Verdala Palace and its gardens, while abundant food stalls will keep the happy crowds fueled-up throughout the day. StageCoach will perform theatre every hour, and in the late afternoon there will be a surprise performance. All proceeds will go towards the Malta Community Chest fund.
