CSB Group is organising a course spread over two days on Wednesday 15th and Friday 17th June, between 8:30 and 11:30 am, entitled Diversity Management within Organisations. The course looks at how organisations operating within a contemporary business environment need to respond to employees' increasing demands for flexibility at the work place and how this can be done through adopting a diversity management style.
The training, which will be CPE-accredited and delivered by Joe Gerada, explores questions such as;
- To which extent should businesses cater for employees' individual needs?
- What is the best way to respond to the individual lifestyles and requirements of employees?
- How should diversity at the work place be handled?
- What are the legal implications of discrimination on bases such as gender, race, religion, disability, age and sexual orientation?
This course is aimed towards those who are interested in understanding how the implementation of diversity management can be an asset to their business and this will also be seen through various case studies.
