Six MCAST students from the Art and Design Institute     spent the morning of 21st May interpreting Nestlé's 150 year history live,  via a painiting on a canvas. The event formed part of the Nesquik Marine Festival which was held at the Malta National Aquarium and was organised by Nestle' Malta.

The canvas portrayed three main aspects of Nestlé's rich history including its origins, the Brands this company encompasses and the Wellness aspect which Nestlè emphasizes so much upon.  Once complete the artwork will be put on exhibit at the Nestlé premises in Lija.

Ms. Moyra Felice, Acting Deputy Director-Programme Management Technical College, Institute for the Creative Arts said that "The students and all those involved were very passionate about this project and this will be a feather in their cap. Events like these, will continue to encourage the students' active participation in similar educational projects with industry, which was a wonderfully positive experience for our students."

At the end of the event each student was presented with a certificate of participation in recognition of their work by Alfred J Borg, Nestlé Malta's Marketing & Corporate Communications Manager. Mr Borg thanked the students for their participation, for their inspiration and design in representing the core values of Nestlé and commended them for a wonderful work of art.
