I refer to the article by Rachel Attard and Gabriel Schembri entitled “Panama Papers: Police see ‘no necessary reasonable suspicion’ to carry out individual investigation after Panama Papers” (TMI 8 June). I ask Acting Police Commissioner Lawrence Cutajar: How do you know that Keith Schembri and Konrad Mizzi are innocent if you did not deign to investigate?
