HSBC UK Contact Centre in Malta (HBEU) employees are celebrating a decade of success. HBEU, which is Malta's largest contact centre, is marking 10 years of operations in Malta in 2016 with a series of activities and events.  

Located in Swatar, HBEU started out in Malta in 2006 with a plan to recruit 250 employees. Today, it is home to 450 staff members with several opportunities available to join the contact centre in a range of exciting customer service roles.
