Ryanair dedicates aircraft to Cristiano Ronaldo

Irish airline Ryanair has paid tribute to Cristiano Ronaldo by having an aircraft dedicated to him.

As an act of thanks for his contributions to the Portuguese game, Ronaldo had the airport in his home city renamed ‘Cristiano Ronaldo Airport’.

Ryanair posted an image on their Twitter account with a photo of one of their planes decorated in a modified version of their logo which read ‘Ryanaldo’.

“Congratulations on your new airport, from your favourite airline!” the low-cost airline company stated.
