Local actor and popular face on TVM Manuel Cutajar had an experience he will never forget when he bumped into super star Sylvester Stallone outside a Beverly Hills restaurant. 

As reported in international news Stallone was having lunch with Michael J Jordan the young athletic actor who recently stated in Creed, a spinoff from the Rocky series made famous by Stallone himself who played Rocky in six movies.

Mr Cutajar who was  on holiday touring the US with his fiancé went up to Sylvester Stallone and told him "I am an actor from Malta, I started acting thanks to you after my father took me to the cinema to watch Rocky 3."

Stallone was struck by Mr Cutajar's words and took great interest in Malta during the short conversation.

Mr Cutajar was so excited that it didn't dawn on him that Stallone and Jordan could possibly be plotting Creed 2 but the paparazzi and international press couldn't resist speculating and pasted the two super stars along with Mr Cutajar across the globe.

Manuel Cutajar played a leading role in IC-Caqqufa, TVMs most watched series.

He is now preparing to play a new role in yet another series by Watermelon Media titled La Thobbnix.

Asked if Stallone offered him a part in his new movie Mr Cutajar would not comment!
