The picture (below) shows one of the pavements of St Massimiliano Kolbe Bridge in front of St Anthony's church, Ta Paris. This is almost 30 cm. high. One cannot open the car door without scratching the base.

The elderly also find it very difficult to step up/down on the pavement. Moreover, being a heavy-traffic area, pedestrians find it too difficult to cross the road. A zebra crossing would be greatly appreciated.
