It's never too hot to enjoy coffee, even though it's summer! Starbucks Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) has launched a brand new addition to its market-leading chilled favourites coffee range - the Caffè Americano with milk. The only product of its kind on the market, the new chilled coffee drink blends Starbucks 100 per cent certified Arabica Espresso Roast coffee with milk to create a new experience for chilled coffee lovers across the country.

Available in retail stores, Caffè Americano with milk joins the existing Starbucks chilled coffee range of delicious flavours including Caffè Latte, Caramel Macchiato and Cappuccino.

The brand's chilled coffee portfolio is a core focus area for Starbucks CPG strategic growth ambitions. In fact, in the last months, Starbucks has introduced a number of products, even in Malta, with the aim of providing its clients the opportunity to savour their exclusive products at their convenience, through the various retail outlets where their products are sold.

The launch of this new product coincides with Starbucks launch of a new packaging design for its chilled cup range found in the various retail outlets across the island. The new packaging uses a new portfolio of artistic and unique designs to appeal to consumers and to more closely align with the Starbucks master brand.

Formerly known as Starbucks Discoveries, the chilled coffees will also be relaunched under the Starbucks brand to support the new look.

Caffè Americano currently ranks as the #4 bestselling hot drink across Europe. The new chilled Caffè Americano will expand the range by bringing new consumers into the brand who prefer a more coffee forward and reduced milk product.
