EC crowned Star Chain School 2016

Maltese-owned EC English Language Centres has won the most prestigious honour at the 2016 StudyTravel Magazine Awards, arguably the most respected awards in the industry worldwide. Each year, winners are chosen based on votes cast by thousands of specialists, consultants, and experienced staff working across the business.

Executive Chairman Andrew Mangion proudly accepted the award on behalf of EC at an elegant ceremony held at The Hilton, London. Commenting on this achievement, Mr. Mangion said:

"This year marks a major milestone in EC's success story - it's our 25th birthday and this prestigious award is not just the perfect gift to us, but an incredible acknowledgement of all the hard work and dedication of our EC family around the world. It has been an amazing journey so far, one filled with its own mix of triumphs and challenges, and one we couldn't have made without our students, staff, and partners. Here's to another 25 years."

Celebrating 25 years of 'helping students succeed in a global community', EC has grown from a single, family-run school to 24 schools in 21 stunning destinations all over the world, including iconic cities like London, Oxford, Cambridge, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, and Cape Town. The forward-looking language school has also branched out into the Higher Education sphere in recent years, with a strong on-campus presence in the US as well as a robust portfolio of university pathway programmes to allows students to reach their academic goals.
