Coeliac UK, the world's largest coeliac NGO with over 60,000 members have announced their partnership with local PR firm Narrative Structures to continue to raise awareness on coeliac disease.

This is being held as part of an ongoing coeliac awareness campaign and commitment from both parties to make available exclusive education and training in gluten free catering; for restaurants, schools and hospitals.

Narrative Structures, renowned for their commitment towards raising awareness on various health issues, including coeliac disease and non-coeliac gluten intolerance are currently managing the courses for Coeliac UK in Malta.

Through their gluten free living magazine, 'crossed grain' circulated to over 70,000 people, Coeliac UK further announced that all local venues completing the courses will be featured on the Coeliac UK website. This is extremely helpful for tourists travelling to Malta enquiring about gluten free meals.

The courses cover various angles to gluten free preparation including also what is required by law to adhere to gluten free safe cooking.
