The supposedly socialist government has ignored the minimum wage issue and brought back the ration instead, Salvu Mallia argues in his video blog today.

The PN candidate says that, instead of telling employers to give their workers a decent salary, the government is burdening the public with this problem. Mallia says the government is insulting people by subsidising them instead of giving them what they deserve. This, he says, shows a lack of national decency.

He also argues that in this ‘selfish and capitalist’ society, the only economic interests are those of the rich employers, who regard their employees as numbers.
