Getting in touch with Melita is now easier than ever before through a live chat customer service platform accessible via www.melita.com
Live chat offers an immediate messaging platform, similar to Facebook Messenger, What’s App or Skype messaging services. A Melita customer service representative will be available to assist customers with their queries via the online chat service.
“Melita Live Chat is the latest communication channel to join the increasing methods available for customers to contact Melita, especially through digital channels. Following the successful upgrade of the myMelita self-care app, our Customer Care team is now working in more flexible ways to manage customer queries submitted through the Live Chat,” said Darko Popovic, Head of Customer Care at Melita.
The Live Chat service is available from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Customers will be requested to sign in to the live chat service using their Facebook or Google Plus profiles or by simply providing their names and contact details.
