A number of employees from MAPFRE Middlesea and MAPFRE MSV Life participated in a drama workshop coordinated by Dwal Ġodda. This event formed part of a number of events organised for employees, allowing for development and team-building.
Attendees were briefed about the history of theatre and its purpose throughout time and within the community. The coordinators explained how on a day to day basis, we use theatrical techniques to deal with different situations.
The participants then engaged in a a number of practical activities tackling personalities, conflict managment and anxiety. The event was coordinated by Martin Gauci and Martha-Marie Gauci.
" It was truly a pleasure working with these group of people. Such workshops help individuals with their self-confidence and perspective towards life," Martha-Marie Gauci said.
