For the last 11 years, Noah's Ark dog sanctuary has been providing refuge for dogs who have been abandoned and who may also have been subjected to brutal treatment in the past.

At the moment the sanctuary is home to 80 dogs and it is no easy task to care for them all and ensure that they are in good health during their stay at the sanctuary.

To raise money for such a good cause, Elmo Insurance's corporate social committee organised a bake sale - with all the proceeds donated to the sanctuary. Members of staff baked delicious cakes, cookies and sweets which were then sold to staff for a donation and on 18 March, a group of Elmo Insurance staff volunteered their time to help at the sanctuary.
