San Giljan-Valletta 12-6 (3-0, 1-4, 5-0, 3-2)

San Giljan obtained their second victory in a row, beating Valletta thanks largely to a surge in the third session which saw them score five times without reply.

The saints had opened the game with a 3-0 score in the first session, but were pegged back by a resilient Valletta for a 4-4 score at the interval.

The 5-0 score in the third session established a comfortable cushion for the saints who cruised comfortably in the fourth for an overall 12-6 result.

Sirens obtained their second draw in as many matches, while Exiles notched their first point after being narrowly beaten by Neptunes in the first game.

It was a tight affair right from the start, with Sirens taking the lead three times only for Exiles to come back, mostly thanks to goals from the returning Michele Stellini. Exiles then went two goals in front early in the third session but Sirens came back to save a point.
