It's simply unbelievable! Dr Simon Busuttil, by profession a lawyer, first takes a good number of box-files - allegedly full of documents but later revealed to be mostly empty and just used as a 'stunt' - to a duty magistrate. And Dr Busuttil asks the magistrate to investigate Dr Konrad Mizzi and Mr Keith Schembri for a number of supposedly 'criminal acts'.

Almost two months later, the same Dr Simon Busuttil, goes to another magistrate and asks this second magistrate to investigate the same Minister Konrad Mizzi and Mr Keith Schembri for the same allegedly 'criminal' acts that are already being investigated by the first magistrate!

Will the second magistrate agree to play the game which Simon Busuttil wishes him to play?
