PKF hosts international Innovation Session

PKF Malta has sponsored an international Blueprint for Innovation Session by bringing together a think tank of professionals representing a cross section of the market ranging from start-up success stories to crowdfunding, block chain, bitcoin.

The innovation session was chaired by two keynote speakers who flew  from USA Silicon Valley to share their experiences with the audience of innovators, start-ups, researchers, lecturers and government agencies like FinanceMalta, Malta Enterprise and MITA.

The key note speakers were Gor Sargsyan, President of Qbitlogic International, Atlanta (USA) and Stas Gayshan, Managing Director at the Cambridge Innovation Centre in Boston. 

Gor, President of Qbitlogic International,  a US based company spoke about his experience and the various successful ecosystems that contribute to 5% of GDP in Armenia and flourish so generously in Silicon Valley.

Following Gor's presentation, there followed a Key note address by Stas Gayshan, the Managing Director at the Cambridge Innovation Centre in Boston.

During his speech, he highlighted the essential ingredients for Malta to succeed in future generation of creative industries which include efficacious physical and social infrastructure together with a network that bonds the nodes which in Silicon Valley jargon is referred to as the ecosystem.
