Hard Rock Cafe Malta launched a number of new burgers which will become part of the menu of the world famous restaurant. Together with the already established dishes, these new additions, shall rock your world.
Amongst these one will see the Atomic Burger, the Java Lava Burger, and the Guinness Bacon Cheeseburger. The first two burgers, with that all-American look, are the hottest burgers in town, literally. The Atomic Burger is served with spicy fried onions, pepperjack cheese, arugula, vine-ripened tomato, sriracha mayo and of course, fried jalapeños. Be wise to order a couple of cocktails first, because you’re going to need them. It will set your mouth on fire.
The Java Lava is not your usual burger, because it’s awakened with an espresso ruband house made lava sauce. It includes crunchy java onions, Cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, and garnished with a fried jalapeño. This will definitely blow your mind.
If you’re after something less spicy but equally awesome, Hard Rock Cafe Malta now have Guinness Bacon Cheeseburger! In fact it is topped with Jameson bacon jam and Guinness cheese sauce, served with crisp lettuce and a vine-ripened tomato. This will definitely be popular on St. Patrick’s but you can now even try it all year round!
For those following a vegetarian diet, they definitely kept you in mind. The Cauliflower Burger’s patty is made out of cauliflower, garlic, egg, goat cheese, oregano and breadcrumbs, topped with grilled zucchini, squash and Monterey Jack cheese, with arugula, tomato, and garlic aioli.
