Prof. Jonathan C. Borg from the University of Malta's Department of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering has returned from the Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany where he delivered lectures as part of the Integrated Product Development PhD Summer School. 

The summer school, endorsed by the Worldwide Design Society, was set up four years ago by Prof. Borg and Magdeburg's Prof. Sandor Vajna. 

This year, the summer school attracted PhD candidates coming from China, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Iran and Tunisia.
