Prime Minister Joseph Muscat off to Dubai to address 'Global Citizenship Seminar’

Prime Minister Joseph Muscat has left Malta for Dubai, to address a conference called the 'Global Citizenship Seminar'.  The event will be held tomorrow and he is due back on Thursday.

According to the Henley & Partners website: "Henley & Partners is hosting a Global Citizenship Seminar in Dubai at the luxurious Palace Hotel in Downtown Dubai this October. The seminar will provide private clients and professionals in the wealth management and investment industries with a unique opportunity to learn more about the benefits of alternative residence and citizenship."
