A collision occurred today on the site of the future Maghtab fuel station at 2.10 pm.

The police confirmed that no injuries occurred. Residents who argue against the approved fuel station project have long said that the site is dangerous and accident prone.

On 11 January, the Planning Authority Board approved the application for the development of the fuel station on Salina road. Residents have said, as far back as January 2016, that many accidents have taken place in the area over the years.
