John Marmara won the Qormi-SC Trap Competition at the Qormi Clay Shooting Club.

In a windy and rather foggy day Marmara was joined on the podium by Mario Buhagiar who finished in second place and by George Mifsud who had to settle for third place overall.

After two qualification rounds of 25 clay targets each, the six Finalists in the Bib number order were;

Mario Buhagiar 42/50, Emanuel Zammit 40/50, John Marmara 38/50+2, Angel Ciappara 38/50+1, George Mifsud 38/50+0 and George Cassar with Bib number six with the score of 37/50+1 after a two-way shoot-off with George Grech.

2^nd Mario Buhagiar 19/25 + 2/5 + 4/5 + 3/5 + 6/10, total score 34/50

4^th Emanuel Zammit 15/25 + 3/5 + 1/5, total score 19/35

5^th George Cassar 14/25 + 4/5, total score 18/30

6^th Angel Ciappara 11/25, total score 11/25

The top three Shooters in their respective classes concluded their two qualification rounds with the following scores;
