In reaction to a report published by The Malta Independent on 23 April entitled "Where pedestrians fear to tread: the uglification of St Julian's",  Guido Dalli, mayor of the St Julian’s Local Council stated that a meeting for Birkirkara Road residents is being organised in relation to several concerns they have. Authorities such as Transport Malta "and other relevant authorities "have also been invited”.

Can the St Julian’s Local Council reveal which "other relevant authorities", have been invited and if they have accepted? Can it confirm whether entities such as the Building Regulation Office and the Planning Authority have been invited to participate?

Finally, when is the planned meeting going to be held?
