Kavallieri RS2 earned a spot in the Men’s Videoslots Handball Knockout semi-final, after beating an exhausted Swieqi Yobetit Phoenix 22-20. Kavallieri move on to play La Salle Multilotto in the next round, while Aloysians ProMinent play Luxol H.C in the other men's semi-final. 

In the women’s knockout encounter, a single goal sees La Salle advance at the end of a hard-fought semi-final against Aloysians which ended 20-19. La Salle will meet Swieqi Gasan Mamo Phoenix in the final. 

MEN’S SECOND DIVISION 

Team ETE edge closer to claiming the Men’s Second Division league title after a last-minute draw against La Salle ZT Developments. Meanwhile, Swieqi Phoenix’s win over Kavallieri RS2 means they are out of the title race.

The finals of the Videoslots Handball Knockout will be played on Saturday 26th May at the University Sports Complex, Tal-Qroqq.
