The ISSF World Cup Shotgun Malta 2018 came to an end on Thursday with The Trap Mixed Team Event. In this event Maltese trap shooters Brian Galea and Mikaela Galea competed on three rounds of twenty-five each in the qualifications where Brian managed 58/75 while Mikaela Galea hit 46/75 for a total of 104/150.
The Team 1 from Slovakia won The Gold Medal with 42, the Italy Team 2 won Silver with 39, the Italy Team 1 won Bronze with 31, the Spanish Team 1 placed 4th, the Spanish Team 2 placed 5th, the Slovak Team 2 placed 6th.

The Parliamentary Secretary for Youth, Sports and Voluntary Organisations Dr. Clifton Grima Presented the medals to the winning teams.
The Malta Shooting Sport Federation would like to thank all those involved in the organisation of such a big sporting event that attracted hundreds of top world class shooters to Malta.
