Humans have, at long last, become aware of Mother’s Nature call for urgent measures to be undertaken to preserve the environment from further destruction which is of vital importance for our very existence

On the list of things we must ‘to do away with’ are paper towels. Most of us find them very convenient to wipe kitchen surfaces or after a spill but they are actually poisoning the environment.

Chemicals are used to produce that piece of  white paper roll, trees are felled, environment destroyed and more waste ends up in landfills, producing more methane gas into our atmosphere... and that is not a good thing for us or the planet.

Therefore, we will have to do away with them. What’s next I shudder to think?

I wish to commend energetic Minister Dr Jose Herrera for all the super efforts he is making to tackle this Herculean problem
