Maltese pavements are being occupied by table and chairs, as well as negligent construction, Michael Briguglio has said in his vlog.

He said that the elderly, persons with disability and persons with pushchairs have problems using pavements due to the aforementioned, having to move onto the street. This, he said, is dangerous.
