The FISTF Grand Prix of Belgium was organised last weekend by 'Lion's Eugies'.  Four Maltese players participated in this tournament.

In the Individual Open category Derek Conti, Mario Camilleri and Massimo Cremona made it to the quarter final.

In the Under 19 Category Jurgen Balzan was finalist.  He played against the Belgian player Maxime Rairoux and unfortunately lost by a penalty in the sudden death.  The score was 3-2.

Valletta Subbuteo Club participated in the team event. The team was composed of Derek Conti, Mario Camilleri, the Belgian player Pascal Scheen and the French player Axel Donval and Jurgen Balzan had their debut tournament.  The team made it to the quarter final, losing against the Belgian Team Charleroi.  The winning team was the Belgian team Rocheforte TS.
