The fourth chocolate category “Ruby” is now available for artisan chocolatiers and chefs for the first time in Malta.

Callebaut Finest Belgian Chocolate ruby “RB1” is the first ruby chocolate produced in Belgium by the Callebaut chocolate makers in Wieze, and RB1 offers chocolatiers and chefs “a new platform through which to express their artisanship and artistry”.

Speaking at the launch, WorldWide Co. Ltd Managing Director Charles Pace hailed the day “special” and “prestigious”, and pointed out that since the chocolate is pink, then they would also connect it to the Pink October campaign by donating €2000 to The Marigold Foundation.

Global Group Brand Leader Callebaut Mathieu Brunfaut celebrated the launch since “offering ruby chocolate to artisans and chefs will unleash a wave of creativity that will lead to exciting new products and concepts for people to enjoy”.
