Conference to discuss automation, backup and hyperconvergence

Thomas Maurer, a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional on Windows Server and Azure, will be in Malta this month to discuss Windows Server 2019 as the next generation of software-defined data centres. Maurer will be the main speaker during a multi-discipline event being hosted by Micro Technology Consultancy Ltd in collaboration with Altaro Software and DataCore.

The morning seminar on Tuesday, 20 November will be addressed by a number of technical speakers. Justin Bonavia, Senior Technical Support agent, Altaro will talk about the subject, Backup isn't enough ‒ You need Replication for business continuity, followed by his presentation to introduce Altaro's new solution to back up Microsoft's Office 365.

Martin Borg from Micro Technology Consultancy Ltd will discuss the importance of automation in his presentation, Business process automation using SharePoint Online, whereas Brett Denly, director Northern Region of DataCore will talk on how hyperconvergence can be the easiest scalable path to highly performing applications that work for your business while boosting your VM density behind the scenes.
