Care Malta operates nine facilities across Malta; Casa Marija is the newest CareMalta home which is situated n the heart of Sliema. As with other Care Malta homes Casa Marija will strive to offer the best care possible to its residents. All potential residents are invited to attend an orientation visit prior to the admission.
Casa Marija offers person-centred care to all its residents. Most of the rooms are twin-sharing, fully air-conditioned with either window or balcony. In the pre-admission visit the new residents are given a tour of the facility and briefed on the facilities offered at the home such as the chapel, lounge area, yard and dining rooms. There are six levels in the building accessed through one of the three lifts linking all floors including the parking. Most of the rooms are with accessible en-suite shower rooms, motorised electrical beds, nurse call system, telephone and a television connection.
Casa Marija is a modern facility with qualified, professional, and dedicated health care team. All members of staff benefit from the I Care Service Excellence training that CareMalta offers to all its employees to ensure that all services are delivered with compassion, engagement and professionalism.
The facility is part of a well-established company in elderly care, CareMalta. CareMalta, the leading operator of nursing and care homes in Malta, is this year celebrating the 25th anniversary since it opened its first home, Casa Arkati in Mosta. It currently operates eight other homes in Malta.
