Day 4 of the Mediterranean Bowling Championships saw Maltese athletes bag another 3 prestigious medals as follows:

Ladies

Sue Abela - Silver Medal in the All Events 

Sara Xuereb - Bronze Medal in the All Events 

The gold was won by Georgia Sagona of Greece

Males 

Mauro Anastasi - Silver Medal in the All Events Males

The gold was won by Antonino Fiorentino of Italy, whilst the bronze was won by Taygun Erkeskin of Turkey.

In the 4 person team event Malta placed 5th. France won the gold, Slovenia the silver, and Cyprus nipped the bronze.

The Championship will finish tomorrow with the Masters event starting at 9.30am at the Eden Superbowl.
