The government’s handling of yet another migration saga like that of the ‘Alan Kurdi’ case is not implementing the right policy but merely a matter of management by crisis, say EP President Tajani's speechwriter and PN MEP candidate, Peter Agius.

Migration cannot be solved by tweeting rhetoric or having informal talks and phone calls between Muscat and Macron.

In his latest vlog, Agius says “Government needs to use European tools for a long term sustainable solutions including European Solidarity”.

The PN candidate stresses that “We cannot continue to miss one opportunity after each other. Our country needs a voice for action now. We need MEPs who task Prime Ministers at the European Council to shoulder their responsibility and guarantee that Islands like Malta would not be under undue pressure if more Africans try to move North in the coming years”
