Royal Malta Golf Club members Steve Thurtle, Jay Jay Micallef and Laurens Shulze-Doering are the BOV Monthly Medal Winners in Division 1 for February, March and April 2019 respectively.

The BOV Monthly Medal is one of the most prestigious competitions on the Royal Malta Golf Club Calendar.  Held monthly throughout the year, the Monthly Medal Competition is played off full handicap with the competition divided into 4 divisions depending on the strength of the individual's handicap.  All monthly medal winners in the 4 categories automatically qualify to compete in the BOV Medal of Medals, being held in June 2019, to determine the overall winner of the competition. The competition is supported by Bank of Valletta in line with its commitment to local sports within the community in which it operates.

Mark Agius, BOV Executive Wealth Management, together with RMGC Captain Thomas Jacobsen presented the medals to the winners and runners up of the 4 divisions and congratulated them for their success.
