A man was killed and his son was severely injured when a coffee machine they were working on exploded, Italian media report.
The incident happened in Turin, Italy.
The two were carrying out maintenance work on the machine when it exploded.
Both were taken to hospital by helicopter but the elderly man died soon afterwards while his son is still recovering.
